Mileage is credited for flights taken on or after the date on which you enroll as a JMB member.
When making reservations
Please provide your JMB membership number
* When making reservations on partner airlines, please provide your JMB membership number.
* If you also participate in any of JMB partner airlines’ mileage programs, you must choose the program to which you want your mileage credited by giving only one program’s membership number. Duplication of mileage credit between JMB and other mileage programs is not permitted.
When boarding
International routes
Please provide your JMB membership number when checking in if you have forgotten to do so when making your reservation.
Japan domestic routes
If you forget to provide your JMB membership number when making reservations,
1) Please mention it upon checking in at the counter.
or
2) If using self check-in machines, please register your mileage by inserting your JMB membership card.
<Using a JAL Mileage Recorder>
When departing from an airport in Japan, you may insert your boarding pass and your JMB membership card into the JAL Mileage Recorder situated in the vicinity of the boarding area or check-in counter.
Mileage Recorder
Until your mileage has been posted to your account, please keep 1) your airline ticket copy or
e-ticket receipt showing your itinerary and 2) your original boarding passes.
Mileage for JAL Group Airlines flights will be reflected in your account automatically 4-5 days after your flight date. Mileage for JMB partner airline's flights should be reflected in your account within 2-4 weeks.
※The following flights are excluded for which post- flight credit requests are always required.
